Specialising in Wedding Cakes Lisa meets with the Bride & Groom in her kitchen where they can peruse over hundreds of cake ideas from her extensive portfolio. Lisa can also help them design their own cake to suit their wedding theme

There is a varied selection of cakes to choose from which include her renowned Chocolate Biscuit Cake and Baileys White Chocolate Biscuit Cake (both her own recipe), Traditional Fruit Cake, Carrot Cake, Chocolate Madeira, Lemon Madeira or Chocolate Fudge Madeira. Sugar Craft bouquets and figurines are hand made by Lisa and can be kept as a memory of your ‘special day’ for many years after

Lisa’s cake designs can be viewed at the Annual Wedding Fairs in The Ashdown Park Hotel, Gorey, The Amber Springs Hotel, Gorey, Seafield Hotel, Ballymoney, Gorey and The Arklow Bay Hotel, Arklow. Her cakes have also featured on RTE’s "The Afternoon Show" & TV3's "Ireland AM"
